Janney recognizes that an employee population that reflects the changing landscape of our industry and society at-large gives our organization the best opportunity to make an impact.  A diverse and inclusive workforce makes us more thoughtful and better connects us as associates, with the clients we want to serve and future generations of Janney employees.

Purpose of the Council
Embracing diversity and inclusion is not only smart for Janney’s success, but also aligns directly to our core value of keeping people at the center. Strengthening the demographics of our team is critical to Janney’s success in today’s climate, and we’ve identified this as a strategic Firm initiative.

Janney’s Diversity & Inclusion Council is charged with helping to ensure that the Firm’s vision on diversity and inclusion is achieved by understanding our opportunities, identifying best practices, making recommendations to management, representing the Firm’s efforts in the community, and helping to foster an inclusive environment.

The Council consists of the following members:
