Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing Communications and Learning
Ms. Shakoske is responsible for the Firm’s marketing strategy, corporate communications, public relations, internal communications and business development training initiatives. She joined Janney in the fall of 2005 as a result of the Firm’s acquisition of Parker/Hunter Incorporated, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, based investments, financial planning and investment banking firm. She has been in professional services marketing for over 14 years and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Ms. Shakoske is a member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Marketing Directors Roundtable and the American Marketing Association. She is a 2007 graduate of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia and serves as a Board Member. She also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of First Person Arts. Ms. Shakoske received her bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College.
