Head of Equity Trading

Mr. Woodford serves as Managing Director, Head of Trading & Sales Trading, at Janney. In this role, Mr. Woodford manages and oversees the group responsible for transacting with the Firm’s Institutional customers, which includes 20 Sales Traders, five Traders and two associates. Mr. Woodford has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Janney, he spent over 10 years at Citi, where he rose to the position of Managing Director in charge of U.S. Cash Sales Trading. Mr. Woodford obtained his bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University and holds his Series 4, 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.
