Mr. Donlan joined Janney in 2007. As a Vice President covering the equity REIT sector, Mr. Donlan focuses on industrial, office, specialty office, and lodging REITs. Before joining Janney, he worked as a Research Associate covering the REIT sector at BB&T Capital Markets. Prior to working in equity research at BB&T, Mr. Donlan worked in Institutional Sales and Trading at the firm. He began his career at Thalhimer Cushman & Wakefield as a sales and leasing associate in Richmond, VA, where he covered both the office and industrial sectors.
