Dale Foard joined Janney Montgomery Scott in July 2008 with 21 years of experience in the financial industry with a concentration in Municipal Finance, Trading and Risk Management. He came to Janney from Morgan Keegan in Memphis, TN where he served as the manager and head trader of the institutional municipal trading desk.
Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, he spent 18 years with Legg Mason in Baltimore, MD where he gained extensive experience in managing both the institutional and retail platforms. He also carries broad knowledge in the public finance business.
He has a B.S. in finance and economics from Towson University in Maryland and carries a series 7, 63, 24 and 55.
