Vice President 
Mr. Greenwald is a Vice President in Janney’s Municipal Capital Markets group and specializes in tax-exempt financings for general obligation and revenue issuers. As a Vice President at Janney, Mr. Greenwald has responsibility for the Firm’s New Jersey practice and new business development. Further, he provides analytical research and quantitative analysis with an emphasis on new money issues and refinancings.

Prior to joining Janney in August 2010, Mr. Greenwald spent two years as the Manager of Public Finance for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of debt and financing strategies, and the Authority’s defined benefit plan. Prior to SEPTA, Mr. Greenwald spent six years as an Associate in the Municipal Finance Group at RBC Capital Markets. During this time, Mr. Greenwald was involved with over $2.5 billion in municipal financings, including fixed and variable rate bond issues for new money issues and refinancings. His primary responsibilities included debt structuring and analysis, spreadsheet modeling and data research.

Mr. Greenwald has an M.B.A. from New York University – Stern School of Business with concentrations in Finance & Management and a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University – Bloomington. In addition, he holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
