Janney’s Vivian Altman Named a Trailblazing Woman in Public Finance

Janney is proud to congratulate Vivian Altman, Managing Director-Public Finance, for being named among a select group of Trailblazing Women in Public Finance. Selected by members of Northeast Women in Public Finance (NEWPF), Vivian was one of just nine women nationwide honored with this prestigious recognition, which acknowledges the leadership role Vivian and her peers have played in the public finance industry—and the public sector as a whole—and the increase in opportunities that have been created for other women in public finance as a result of their dedication and success. To mark this honor, Vivian and the other Trailblazing Women, along with the winner of the NEWPF’s inaugural Freda Johnson Award for outstanding service by a woman in the industry, were profiled in a special supplement in The Bond Buyer, a leading fixed-income trade publication. Click here to view a PDF of Vivian’s profile from the magazine.

Vivian’s recognition is a testament to the kind of commitment, professionalism and client focus we value at Janney. We are extremely proud of the work she does every day in support of our clients as we work toward our mission to be the highest standard of success in financial relationships.
