Managing Director
Ms. Reesh is a Managing Director in Janney’s Pittsburgh Public Finance office. With over 18 years of investment banking experience, she has cultivated relationships with clients throughout Pennsylvania in a variety of sectors. She has served as the lead investment banker on financings for municipalities, water/sewer authorities, school districts, health systems/hospitals, senior living providers, colleges and universities, 501(c)(3) institutions and economic development agencies.

Prior to joining Janney in 2008, Ms. Reesh was a Vice President at Fifth Third Securities, Inc. and NatCity Investments, Inc. where she specialized in bond underwritings and financial advisory work. During this time, Ms. Reesh created detailed financial models to evaluate various general obligation and revenue bond financing structures including callable and non-callable fixed rate bonds and variable rate demand obligations. Before joining the public finance industry, Ms. Reesh worked in local government as an Assistant Budget Director for a Board of County Commissioners.

Ms. Reesh graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics with emphasis in Actuarial Science from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. Her industry affiliations include the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO), Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA), County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA), as well as a founding member and Treasurer of Ladies First, a mid-Atlantic Women’s Public Finance organization.
