Mr. Lindeman is responsible for overseeing Janney's investment banking efforts in the Food & Beverage and Restaurant sectors. Prior to joining Janney in 2009, Mr. Lindeman was a Managing Director in Stifel Nicolaus’ Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group, focusing on the food and beverage sectors. Prior to joining Stifel Nicolaus, Mr. Lindeman was a Managing Director in Legg Mason’s M&A practice. Prior to joining Legg Mason in 1999, Mr. Lindeman was a Manager in the Corporate Finance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he worked on a variety of domestic and international valuation, buy and sell-side advisory, fairness opinion and joint venture consulting assignments. Mr. Lindeman received a B.S. in finance from University of Mary Washington and is a CFA Charterholder.
