B. John Lindeman

Mr. Lindeman joined Janney Montgomery Scott in 2009 as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Consumer & Retail Group. Prior to joining Janney, Mr. Lindeman was a Managing Director in Stifel Nicolaus’ Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group, focusing on the food and beverage sectors. Prior to joining Stifel Nicolaus, Mr. Lindeman was a Managing Director in Legg Mason’s M&A practice. Prior to joining Legg Mason in 1999, Mr. Lindeman was a Manager in the Corporate Finance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he worked on a variety of domestic and international valuation, buy and sell-side advisory, fairness opinion and joint venture consulting assignments.

Mr. Lindeman received a B.S. in finance from University of Mary Washington and is a CFA Charterholder.
