Mr. Eck joined Janney Montgomery Scott in 2005. As a Director in the Technology & Services Group, Mr. Eck oversees Janney’s investment banking efforts in the eCommerce, Financial Technology, IT Services and Software as a Service (SaaS) sectors with a particular focus on technology and technology enabled services. Over his 10 years in investment banking, Mr. Eck has developed a diverse transactional background, completing over 40 transactions, including sell- and buy-side mergers and acquisitions; public equity offerings; private equity and debt capital raises; acquisition financings; fairness opinions; and, Section 363 transactions. Prior to joining Janney, Mr. Eck was a Vice President at Katalyst LLC, a private investment and advisory firm for technology and life sciences companies. Prior to his tenure with Katalyst, Mr. Eck was a Principal with RCW Mirus Inc., in Boston, where he was responsible for leading transactions for firms engaged in a variety of technology industries, including IT services, software, telecommunications and other sectors.

Mr. Eck received his B.A. in management with a concentration in finance from Gettysburg College.
