Mr. Junior is responsible for business development and client relationships with banks and thrifts in the Mid-Atlantic region and New England. Since starting his career at Janney in 1995, Mr. Junior has closed over 125 transactions including sell side M&A transactions, buy side M&A transactions, common and preferred equity raises, debt offerings, branch purchase, sales and recapitalization. He has been an integral member of the FIG practice and has played an important role in developing Janney's reputation as a relationship-oriented firm that always puts its client’s interests first. Mr. Junior received a B.A. in Psychology from Swarthmore College.
