Mr. Culley joined Janney Montgomery Scott in 2000. As Managing Director of the Infrastructure Group, he oversees transactions in the areas of water, utilities, industrials, and cleantech. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 75 transactions of public and private offerings of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and financial advisory services, totaling over $5.0 billion in deal value. He is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Securities Association. Mr. Culley is also a member of the Board of Directors of J-Net Global Indexes LLC. He previously served on the FINRA Capital Markets Committee. Mr. Culley received a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
