Mr. Saxonhouse is responsible for transaction execution and management, aiding in client development and performing a variety of valuation analyses and other financial advisory services. Prior to joining Janney in 2010, Mr. Saxonhouse was a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at FBR Capital Markets where he was responsible for client coverage and transaction execution. Prior to FBR Capital Markets, Mr. Saxonhouse held positions at the Mills Corporation (NYSE:MLS) where he was Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance as well as Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he was an associate. Mr. Saxonhouse received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and his BA in Economics and History from Columbia University.
