PHILADELPHIA – Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full-service wealth management, capital markets, and asset management firm, has named Tim Jones its 2022 Branch Office Manager of the Year. The annual award is presented to a manager who exhibits unsurpassed dedication to superior client service, outstanding leadership, and resourceful integration of resources, both in the office and community.
Tim currently serves as Senior Vice President and Complex Manager of Janney’s Charlotte complex. In his three years at Janney, Timothy has hired 10 Financial Advisors, including four in 2022. In addition, he has shown a dedication to hiring diverse talent as well as developing employees in both support and advisory roles throughout the complex.

Tim joined Janney with over 30 years of financial services industry experience, previously holding positions at IJL Wachovia’s 450 advisor sales force, AmSouth Investment Service, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. Tim graduated from Wake Forest University where he earned his BA in History and Politics. he has also served on the board of the Johnston YMCA, Aldersgate, Wake Forest University Alumni Council, and as President of Carmel Country Club.
