Janney Montgomery Scott (“Janney”) is pleased to share that is has served as exclusive financial advisor to Great Salt Plains Midstream, LLC (“Great Salt Plains Midstream”, or “GSPM”) on its sale of its wholly owned Crude Oil subsidiary, Great Salt Plains Midstream Crude, LLC to MVP Holdings, as well as a sale of its wholly owned Natural Gas subsidiary, Great Salt Plains Midstream Gas, LLC to affiliates of Mustang Fuel Corporation for an undisclosed amount.

Great Salt Plains Midstream is an Oklahoma City, OK based company that provides midstream services in the STACK play of northern Oklahoma. The Company’s services include crude transportation and gas gathering and processing services.
