The Janney Research iPad App is designed for institutional clients with a valid Janney Capital Markets Research Archive account. 

It offers a fast, innovative way for institutional clients to access Janney Capital Markets Research—virtually anytime, anywhere. 

The app is free to download if clients already have login access; clients can request access from their Capital Markets sales professional. 

The Janney Research iPad App is available in the Apple App Store and was developed in partnership with BlueMatrix LLC., a key partner in the distribution and publishing of Janney research. 

Users gain easy, real-time access to current and historical Janney Research, including Company Notes, Industry Notes, Morning Summaries, and Technical Research from our industry-leading analysts. With this application, institutional clients can: 

  • View the latest research as it is published. 
  • Search for research by a specific analyst, by sector, or by company. 
  • Save documents into a personalized “Briefcase” for convenient offline reading.

Experience

Mr. Stevenson joined Janney in 2015 as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst covering the Real Estate sector. Prior to joining Janney, Mr. Stevenson was a Managing Director and the Head of the US REIT Research team at Macquarie Capital following that company’s acquisition of Fox-Pitt Kelton in 2009, where he had started the firm’s REIT and homebuilding practice. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stevenson covered REITs and homebuilders for 12 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Executive Director and Senior Research Analyst. 

Mr. Stevenson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.
