PHILADELPHIA – Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full-service wealth management, capital markets, and asset management firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Financial Advisor Larry Seiden, First Vice President/Wealth Management. He joins the firm from Goldman Sachs.
Larry is joining Scheinker Legacy Wealth Advisors, a six-person team based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The team is led by Financial Advisors Joshua Scheinker, Executive Vice President/Wealth Management; and Todd Garliss, Vice President/Wealth Management.

Larry provides comprehensive financial planning services including advice on investments, insurance, retirement planning, tax planning and estate planning. Throughout his career, Larry has served in various roles on both the individual and institutional sides of the business with JPMorgan Chase, Union Bank of Switzerland, ThomsonReuters and MetLife. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2019 through the acquisition of United Capital which had acquired the Wealth Management group of his prior employer PSA Financial in 2015.
Larry has a Master of Business Administration degree with a finance concentration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with finance and economics majors from Virginia Tech. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds the ChFC®, CLU®, RICP®, CAP® designations through The American College of Financial Services. Larry is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and holds the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) designation.
