Experience

Joseph Reichert is a Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Investment Banking at Janney. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s infrastructure practice as well as providing investment banking services, including M&A advisory, private placement and public markets services, to privately held and publicly traded clients. He focuses primarily on the water, utility and general infrastructure sectors.

Joe joined Janney in 2005 and has completed more than 75 transactions over the course of his career totaling more $10 billion in deal value. In 2022, he was recognized with M&A’s Middle-Market Water Deal of the Year award for Janney’s role in the sale of Mechanical Equipment Company to Grundfos. He also serves on the firm’s fairness opinion committee.

Joe received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
