Murray has three decades of experience in the financial services industry and leads CSG Capital Partners at Janney Montgomery Scott. He is a recognized leader in the corporate retirement industry and works closely with plan sponsors and investment committees to ensure all aspects run smoothly.
This is the third year Murray has been named to this list. He regularly participates in the DC Fly-In Forum as a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors whom recognized the team as top 250. In 2018 and 2019, he was honored by the Financial Times on their list of Top 400 Advisors. Murray was also awarded Janney’s Financial Advisor of the Year in 2019. He has achieved the Certified Financial Planner professional, Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, Accredited Investment Fiduciary, and Certified 401(k) Professional designations.
Bradley Dickens - Franklin, Tennessee
Bradley Dickens has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry and leads MD Wealth Management Group at Janney Montgomery Scott. He takes great pride in helping his clients financially prepare for major life events such as retirement, estate planning, sending their children to college, and much more. Bradley takes time to listen to his clients’ needs and makes recommendations that are in line with clients’ goals and unique circumstances.
This is the third consecutive year that Bradley has been named to the list. He is a Certified 401(k) Professional and is one of the only ten people in Tennessee with the C(k)P designation.
Mary Anne Forrester – Washington, D.C.
Mary Anne has more than 30 years of industry experience and leads Forrester Wealth Advisors at Janney Montgomery Scott.

Steven Glasgow – Franklin, Tennessee
Steven Glasgow is a 29-year industry veteran and leads Tower Circle Partners at Janney Montgomery Scott. He works with institutional investors, including defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, endowments and foundations, as well as corporate cash mandates.
This is the sixth consecutive year Steven has been recognized on this list. He has also been named a Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisor in 2018 by PLANADVISER and was as a finalist for PLANSPONSOR’s Retirement Plan Advisor of the Year Award. Allan Strange – Richmond, Virginia
Allan has more than 35 years of experience and leads Strange Wealth Advisory Group at Janney Montgomery Scott. He focuses in comprehensive financial planning with an emphasis on personal financial planning, retirement plans, and asset management.
In 2015 and 2016-2018, Allan has been recognized on this list.
