Rich and Steve lead QL Wealth Advisors, a six-person team in Baltimore. Rich oversees portfolio construction and private money manager analysis/selection serving high net worth individuals and companies with strategies for tax-efficient wealth accumulation, retirement income planning, and legacy wealth transfer to future generations. In addition to his executive management role at QL Wealth Advisors, Rich serves in leadership roles with advisory and investment committees, including as a current member of Janney’s CEO Roundtable. He previously served on both Legg Mason and Smith Barney's Prestigious President Councils.
Steve focuses on financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, their families, foundations, and endowments through a family office approach by creating wealth management strategies integrating advice, technology, and personalized solutions for clients. Steve involves himself in the community as a trustee for the Chizuk Amuno Foundation which is a not-for-profit that provides religious services, education, scholarships, and programs for the Chizuk Amuno community.
