PHILADELPHIA – Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full-service wealth management, capital markets, and asset management firm, announced the addition of Financial Advisor F. Houghton Phillips II, Executive Vice President/Wealth Management, in Richmond, Virginia.

Houghton is joined by Shelli Staples, Private Client Associate, and Michelle Shuman, Registered Private Client Associate. They were most recently affiliated with Merrill Lynch.

He provides clients with significant knowledge in sophisticated financial strategies to address their wealth planning and investment issues.  Houghton’s holistic approach to the wealth management process helps clients navigate every aspect of their financial life.

Shelli has more than 20 years of experience, and her personalized attention to detail and tailored recommendations provide clients with a positive experience when working with the team. Michelle joined Houghton’s team in 2018, and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as a Virginia state insurance license. Michelle has also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation.
