PHILADELPHIA – Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading full-service wealth management, capital markets, and asset management firm, announced the addition of Financial Advisor Philip Blumel as Executive Vice President/Wealth Management. He joins the firm from Raymond James.

Philip specializes in assisting his clients in articulating their goals, so they can create a holistic approach to investing. A Certified Financial Planner™, he has expertise in a number of areas including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, insurance planning, and investments and cash management. Philip has a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida.

Philip will be joined by Private Client Associate Sandra White. Sandra has over 30 years of experience in the industry delivering administrative and operational service to clients. Sandra also holds her Series 7 securities license and has a priority to build strong and trusting relationships with clients.
