Benchmarking Methodology

Individual firms collaboratively designed the client survey instruments and provided a sample of their clients for each study.  Additionally, an independent sample was gathered by Aon via panel to supplement the sample and benchmarks.  All surveys were conducted online.  

Benchmarks were calculated using data collected independently via panel.
