Experience

Chad Hull serves as Managing Director and Head of Depository Investment Banking at Janney. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s depository practice as well as providing investment banking services, including M&A advisory, private placement and public markets services, to privately held and publicly traded clients.

During his career, Chad has advised on over 100 investment banking transactions, which, in the aggregate, represents over $10 billion of transaction value. In addition, he has provided over 100 fairness opinions to corporate boards and shareholders on transactions ranging from buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisitions to capital restructurings.

Prior to joining Janney, Chad was a member of Boenning & Scattergood’s Investment Banking Team for over 20 years, which he led for the last decade.

Chad received a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. He is registered with FINRA and holds his Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
