Experience

Chris Campbell is a Vice President in Janney’s Pittsburgh Public Finance Office and has more than a decade of municipal bond industry experience. Chris has provided investment banking services to a wide variety of clients throughout his career, including governmental entities, higher education institutions, and other not-for-profit organizations. He has experience with public and private offerings, tax-exempt and taxable securities, as well as fixed and variable rate bond structures. Additionally, he has delivered municipal advisory services to a variety of large governmental borrowers.

Prior to joining Janney in January of 2020, he spent 12 years in the public finance department of BNY Mellon Capital Markets and eight years working in the financial markets for Mellon Financial.

Chris earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University’s College of Business. He holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses, as well as the Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50) and Uniform Investment Adviser (Series 65) licenses.
