Chris Chapman is a Managing Director on Janney’s Depository Investment Banking Team.
He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including more than 15 years assisting community banks with mergers, capital raising and other strategic alternatives.
Prior to joining Janney, Chris was a Managing Director with Boenning & Scattergood in Cleveland. He has held roles at boutique merchant banking firm Paragon Capital Group / ParaCap Group, as well as full-service investment banks Stifel Nicolaus and Ryan Beck, where he advised financial institutions and real estate companies. He also has experience in sell-side equity research with KeyBank Capital Markets and buy-side analysis with Mayfair International.
Chris earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. He is registered with FINRA and holds his Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses.
