Prior to joining Janney in 2019, Eric Lawless was Principal, Head of Corporate Development and Co-Founder at FIG Partners LLC, a premier investment banking and research firm specializing in community banks.

At FIG Partners, Eric worked with FIG’s executive team in the planning and execution of the firm’s strategic objectives. He managed a team focused on growing the firm’s relationships with community banks and worked as an advisor to Southeast-based financial institutions. Mr. Lawless has more than 20 years of financial services experience.

Before FIG Partners, Eric was an Institutional Broker at ASG Securities and served as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Services.

Eric Lawless earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
