Mark Perry serves as Vice President of Investment Banking at Janney and is a member of the Financial Institutions Group, based out of Atlanta.

Mark joined Janney in 2019 as part of the Firm’s acquisition of FIG Partners. His experience consists of advising community banks on strategic options and capital planning, and the execution of investment banking transactions such as buy-side and sell-side M&A, branch and asset acquisitions and divestitures, and equity and debt capital markets. Throughout his career, he has participated in over 70 community bank transactions. This includes over 25 whole bank M&A transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in deal value and over 35 capital markets transactions with gross proceeds of more than $1.0 billion raised.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business where he received a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance, as well as a Certificate in Business Legal Studies. He holds the Series 79 FINRA licenses.
