Mike Huecker serves as a Director of Business Services Investment Banking
Mike has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience as a financial underwriter and a transactional attorney.
Prior to joining Janney, Mike was a Director with HighBank Advisors, a mid-market investment bank and financial advisory firm. Before his time at HighBank, Mike performed various financial and legal roles at Healthcare Finance Group, CIT Group and GE Capital, focusing on middle market financing transactions for mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth and working capital, real estate acquisitions, and debtors-in-possession, including financing in support of 363 asset sales.
Mike began his career as an accountant at Ernst & Young, auditing financial services and manufacturing clients, and then as an associate attorney at the Baltimore office of McGuireWoods, concentrating on public and private financing transactions.
Mike earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
