Roscoe Murphy is responsible for providing quantitative analysis and debt structuring for Janney’s issuer clients, along with research support to members of the Public Finance Team. He has experience with several types of financings for various clients, including cities, school districts, economic development agencies, municipal authorities, and local municipalities. Prior to Janney in 2012, he spent one year as an Analyst and Consultant in the public finance division of PNC Capital Markets. Roscoe graduated from Lower Marion H.S. and holds his Series 52 and 63 licenses.
