Peter Slowik serves as a Vice President on Janney’s Infrastructure Investment Banking Team, focusing on the infrastructure, water, utility, and energy transition sectors.

Pete joined Janney in 2019 and has completed more than 30 transactions over the course of his career. This includes originating and executing public and private capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, and other financial advisory assignments. Before joining Janney, Pete was an investment banking Associate at Citigroup Global Markets. He began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in its advisory and tax practices.

Pete earned an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. He holds the FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
