Frank van Etten is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer at Janney. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team.

In his role, Frank leads a portfolio of strategic initiatives that support Janney’s long-term growth objectives. He is responsible for advancing key priorities across the firm, with a focus on enhancing the client and Financial Advisor experience, driving innovation, and strengthening organizational effectiveness.

Frank has more than 25 years of experience across asset management, wealth management, digital assets, and management consulting. Prior to joining Janney, he held senior leadership positions at several global financial services firms, including Voya, Nuveen, and UBS.

Most recently, Frank led the Financial Services practice at AlixPartners, where he advised financial institutions and private equity sponsors on strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives.

Educational Background

Frank earned both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from Tilburg University.
