Experience

Jack is a Vice President and Wealth Strategist within Janney’s Financial Planning Department and is based out of the Harrisonburg, Virginia, branch. He provides estate and financial planning assistance and support to Janney’s Financial Advisors and their more complex clients and is also responsible for managing Janney’s corporate trustee partner relationships.

Prior to joining Janney, Jack was a Director/Lead Manager and Senior Case Design Consultant at AXA focusing on estate and charitable planning.

He began his more than 35-year career with the Travelers companies, quickly rising to Financial Services Manager of the Long Island office. He later helped develop segments of training programs to help Financial Advisors market asset protection investments. After leaving Travelers, he joined Penn Mutual, consulting with Financial Advisors from New York to Maine. He also spent time at Allianz as a Managing Vice President, overseeing the marketing efforts of Regional Vice Presidents in the New York/New Jersey area. Subsequently, he joined Genworth, where he played an instrumental role in the rollout of the firm's practice management program.

Personal Background

Jack holds a BA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Touro College School of Law. He holds his Series 6, 7, 22, 26, 63, and 65 designations and has earned his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation from The American College of Financial Services. He has been a featured guest on a cable television investment program, published several articles in the industry, and served as a guest speaker at numerous industry and public seminars.
