Joe has more than 15 years of experience in the retirement plan arena and joined Janney in May 2007. He is skilled with proposal procurement and analysis, plan design solutions, technical questions, plan fee analysis and benchmarking, and investment reporting.

Joe graduated from the University of Delaware and holds his Series 6, 63 licenses, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist^SM (CRPS®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations, as well as Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses.
