What to Expect:

Once your Financial Advisor enables the Digital Planning Profile, you’ll see a prompt when you log into Online Access. From there, you can get started immediately or revisit it anytime by following the steps below:

Log into Online Access and select My Financial Plan.

Complete the profile. The profile will guide you through a series of secure questions about your:

  • Personal and household information
  • Income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
  • Retirement timeline and other financial goals
  • Concerns and priorities

 

Once submitted, your information is securely transmitted to your Financial Advisor and integrated into your personalized financial plan.

Is my information secure?

Yes. The Digital Planning Profile is hosted within Janney’s secure Online Access platform. Your data is protected using advanced encryption and privacy safeguards.

Do I have to complete it all at once?

No. You can save your progress and return to the profile at any time.

What happens after I submit the profile?

Your Financial Advisor will use the information to start building or refining your financial plan. They’ll reach out to review your responses and discuss next steps.

Can I link my other accounts?

Yes. You’ll have the option to link outside bank, investment, or retirement accounts using the My Net Worth tool within Online Access, giving your Financial Advisor a more complete picture of your finances.
