September 2023 – Janney Montgomery Scott (“Janney”) is pleased to announce that it has served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pfister Animal Hospital (“Pfister”), a leading full-service pet care facility and veterinary hospital, on its sale to Community Veterinary Partners (“CVP”), a consolidator in the veterinary industry. CVP is a portfolio company of OMERS Private Equity (“OMERS”), a Toronto-based private equity firm. Janney crafted and executed a competitive sale process that resulted in significant interest in the Pfister opportunity.
