Prior to joining Janney, Andrew served as a Managing Director and Group Head with Scotiabank, the third largest bank in Canada, where he led the corporate and investment banking technology practice.

Andrew has over 23 years of experience advising companies across the tech sector with a particular focus on software transactions. Andrew began his career with Pacific Crest Securities, Inc. (“Pacific Crest”) where he spent 17 years and completed numerous sell-side merger and acquisition assignments, over 100 public offerings, multiple private financings all within the tech sector. He has a particular expertise in Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) businesses. In addition to his time with Pacific Crest and Scotiabank, he spent multiple years at both Robert W. Baird, Inc. and Truist Securities, Inc.

Personal and Educational Background

Andrew earned an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an A.B. in Government and Economics from Dartmouth College.
