Brian is a Vice President in Janney’s HENFP Group, in this role he creates an analytical framework for clients to aid in strategic decision making. Brian joined the firm in July 2023 following approximately 9 years as a banker within Morgan Stanley’s Higher Education Group. Brian brings extensive experience in higher education financing execution with particular expertise in bond structuring and debt portfolio analysis. In his role as a higher education banker, he has executed financings totaling more than $15 billion of total par.

Brian’s career in public finance began while studying at Ohio State, where he worked at a regional public finance firm for over two years. Following this experience, Brian joined Morgan Stanley as an investment banker in their Higher Education and Not-for-Profit team as Analyst, Associate, and Vice President. After nearly 9 years with Morgan Stanley, Brian joined Janney’s HEFNP Group in July 2023.

Brian is a graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in Finance. He is a FINRA registered representative.
