Chip Tallman is a Director with Janney’s Technology Investment Banking Team. Chip has over 15 years of industry experience and advises technology companies and financial sponsors on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic alternatives.

Prior to joining Janney, Chip held roles at Scotiabank, Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), and Goldman Sachs. Over the course of his career, Chip has worked on more than 100 M&A and capital markets transactions. He has a particular expertise in Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) businesses.

Chip earned a B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Chip is also a CFA charterholder.
