Feddie Strickland is an Equity Research Analyst focused on small and mid-cap banks, primarily in the US Southeast & Mid-Atlantic.

He joined Janney in 2019 as the Vice President of Banks & Thrifts through the acquisition of FIG Partners LLC. Prior to FIG Partners, Feddie worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in a variety of roles. He worked as a credit risk analyst focused on analyzing banks’ creditworthiness in Georgia, Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Then, he gained experience as a securities collateral analyst where he researched the eligibility and monitored the underlying collateral of different types of securities pledged by member banks.

Feddie graduated from College of Charleston, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, as well as Georgia Tech, where he received an MBA in Finance & International Business. He has been quoted in various publications including Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, and Bank Director Magazine for his industry analysis and company specific research.
