With over 20 years of middle-market investment banking experience, Matt focuses his practice on advising specialty finance clients on M&A and capital raising transactions.  Prior to joining Janney, Matt was a Managing Director with Bryant Park Capital (BPC), a boutique investment banking firm.  Before joining BPC, Matt held senior investment banking positions with Piper Sandler, Gleacher & Co., and Jefferies.  Matt is widely recognized as an expert in the specialty finance sector and frequently serves as a moderator or panelist at industry conferences.

PERSONAL AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Matt earned a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
