Janney Montgomery Scott served as advisor to JCM Industries (“JCM”) in its deal to be acquired by A.Y. McDonald (“AY”), a leading manufacturer of water works, plumbing, pumps, and natural gas products.
JCM was founded in 1976 and is a leading water/wastewater fittings manufacturer. JCM’s fabrication methods along with its sales and marketing strategies changed the marketplace by providing quality fabricated fittings in a fraction of what had been the standard time for decades.
