Experience

James Adducci serves as a Managing Director on Janney’s Infrastructure Investment Banking Team, where he specializes in the infrastructure, water, industrial and environmental industries.

James has over 20 years of investment banking experience working with public and private companies to execute exclusive sale assignments, buy-side transactions, fairness opinions, financings and various other strategic advisory assignments. He has completed more than 65 transactions totaling an excess of $8 billion in value.

Prior to Janney in 2022, James spent 18 years at Boenning & Scattergood, where he most recently served as Managing Director. He also worked in the Diversified Industrials Group at Dresdner Kleinwort in New York, where he focused on cross-border M&A transactions.

James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses. He is an active member with the National Association of Water Companies (NAWC), the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufactures Associations (WWEMA) and the Water Environment Foundation (WEF).
