Experience

Jordan Marin serves as a Vice President on Janney’s Investment Banking team, focused on advisory and capital markets services primarily in the Real Estate sector.

Prior to joining Janney, Jordan was a Senior Vice President at ICR, delivering strategic communications and capital markets advisory to public and private Real Estate, PropTech, and FinTech businesses.  Before ICR, Jordan was a member of the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Barclays and served as Chief-of-Staff of Barclays PropTech, the firm’s advisory and research effort dedicated to the sector. Jordan began his career at J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management, focused on business development, client strategy, and product development.

Jordan earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
