Experience

Jason Werner serves as Director of Investment Banking and is a member of Janney’s Financial Institutions Group. He has more than 25 years of financial services experience covering community banks in investment banking and equity research capacities.

Prior to joining Janney in 2019, Jason was a Vice President with FIG Partners LLC, a premier investment banking and research firm specializing in community banks. He has also held equity research roles at Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, Tucker Anthony and Rodman & Renshaw.

Jason earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA charter holder.
