Tom Haldeman serves as Vice President of Investment Banking at Janney and is a member of the Financial Institutions Group, based out of Philadelphia.

Tom joined Janney in 2022 as part of the Firm’s acquisition of Boenning & Scattergood’s capital markets business. His experience consists of advising community banks and insurance companies on strategic options and capital planning, the execution of investment banking transactions such as buy-side and sell-side M&A, branch & asset acquisitions and divestitures, insurance demutualizations, and equity and debt capital markets transactions. Throughout his career, he has collectively participated in over 20 community bank & insurance M&A and capital offering transactions. Prior to Boenning, Tom worked as an Analyst in Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking Group covering financial institutions.

Tom is a graduate of Villanova University’s Business School, where he received a B.B.A. with a major in Finance, as well as a minor in Management Information Systems. He is also registered with FINRA and holds the Series 79 and 63 licenses.
